Song Review
The song is performed by American singer “Beyonce Knowles”. She is exposing her girl-done-wrong part yet again on the single ‘Best Thing I Never Had’ which seems on her 4th solo ’4′.
Even though the initial two singles of the album , ‘End of Time’ and ‘Run the World ( Girls )’ were pure and appeared to ignore her typically slick , refined production , she drops her feet back in the larger-than-life , cleanly made pop track pool with ‘Best Thing I Never Had’ as well’ as ’1+1′ which she debuted last week . But in spite of the sheen and great production values , her mindset affirms by itself in such a kiss off to an ex-lover .
The track is year’s strongest , woman motivated write off to a bad lover . It’s just like this album’s sort of ‘If I Was a Boy’ in the manner it is mounted up against becoming dissed and brokenhearted by a guy who doesn’t ought to have you . The song’s instrumentation is made up mainly of a piano chorus intro and outgo , with a few layered supporting female voice overs featuring certain help to Beyonce’s ball-busting ship off .
