It was produced by Black Raw, Frederic Riesterer and David Guetta, and written by Lil Wayne, Chris Brown, Giorgio Tuinfort, Nasri Atweh and David Guetta. He features the vocals of American rappers Lil Wayne and Chris brown, and they also performed the song live on the 54th Grammy Awards 2012.
