Song Review
“Fly Over States” is performed by American country singer Jason Aldean and taken from his fourth studio album “My Kinda Party”. It was released on 6 February, 2012 by Broken Bow Records as the fifth single from his album. It was produced by Michael Knox, and written by Michael Dulaney and Neil Thrasher. The official music video was released on 16 March, 2012 and directed by Wes Edwards.
Kevin John Coyne of “Country Universe” reviewed that “In the Us mass media, large city life is nearly all that’s presented. Right now there aren’t information coverages and scenario comedies and worldwide publications becoming beamed in from those fly over states. Everyone in the United States is aware of exactly what New York City seems like, however you will find small towns in the United States that can at all times stay unnamed and faceless to almost the couple of who stay there or even go through them”. Billy Dukes of “Taste of Country” reviewed that “He has not yet released many songs that is near to ‘Fly Over States’” and gave 4 out 5 ratings.
“Fly Over States” peaked at number 1 on the US Billboard Hot Country Songs chart, at number 32 on the US Billboard Hot 100 chart and at number 55 on the Canadian Hot 100 chart.
