“Come Over” is performed by American country singer Kenny Chesney and taken from his 15th studio album “Welcome to the Fishbowl”. It was released on 14 May, 2012 by Columbia Records and Blue Chair Records as the second single from his album. It was produced by Buddy Cannon and Kenny Chesney, and written by Josh Osborne, Shane McAnally and Sam Hunt. The official music video was released in June 2012 and directed by Shaun Silva. It was certified platinum by the Recording Industry Association of American (RIAA) after sales of 1,000,000 copies in the United States.
Roughstock’s Matt Bjorke said about “Come Over” that “it reveals a different side of Kenny and it has the feeling that we could not find in his previous single ‘Feel Like a Rock Star’”. Taste of Country’s Billy Dukes wrote that “lyric writers did their work perfectly, but Kenny Chesney doesn’t conveys the meaning”.
“Come Over” ranked at number 1 on the US Billboard Hot Country Songs chart, at number 23 on the US Billboard Hot 100 chart and at number 48 on the Canadian Hot 100 chart.
