“Skin” is taken from Barbadian singer Rihanna’s 5th studio album “Loud”. It was released in 2010 by Def Jam Recordings. It was produced by Soundz, and written by Kenneth Coby and Ursula Yancy.
Jon Pareles from “The New York Times” said that “her sensuality is back with her use of heavy breathing and s**ually suggestive moaning”. Colin Gentry from “4Music” wrote “seems like she is back with dancing and partying songs”. Ryant Dombell from “Pitchfork Media” said “the song is her best song yet and she is really a dub-step stunner”. Rihanna performed “Skin” at the Billboard Music Awards 2011 and during her Loud Tour.
“Skin” peaked at number 66 on the South Korean Goan International Singles Chart.
